We do not publicize customer records, custom commission blueprints, or vault viewing schedules without explicit written approval. All transaction details and private vault records are kept secure within localized networks.
2. Information Collection
We collect personal information exclusively to arrange private consultations, answer catalogue enquiries, and coordinate secure insured deliveries. This may include your full name, telephone coordinates, email address, physical shipping address, and appointment selections.
3. Data Sharing Restrictions
Under no circumstances do we sell, rent, or lease our client directories to third-party marketing companies. Data is shared exclusively with authorized logistics couriers (like G4S, Sequel, or Malca-Amit) solely to ensure secure, insured delivery of high-value jewellery.
4. Customer Rights & Access
